- Pay breakdown - base cent per mile (cpm) plus $25 loading pay for every load
- 1/2 cpm automatic raise every 6 months
- Detention Pay (after 1st hour) - $12 an hour

- Backhaul pay, stop pay for multiple stop loads, and performance pay (on a load by load basis)
